This is a fantastic career opportunity for a qualified Conveyancer to join this established and well respected law firm in their successful property team. Their property team deal with a range of residential property transactions. Reporting to the Partner you will be running your own case load with the assistance of the Conveyancing team.

The ideal candidate:
· Qualified Conveyancer who possesses a minimum 2 years’ experience gained within the residential & new build property sector and enfranchisement

· Knowledge of using case management systems – Leap is favoured but training can be given

· Experience in running all types of Conveyancing matters from initial instruction to post-completion

· Ability to use initiative and to work as an individual and part of a busy team

· Display a positive flexible attitude

· Working from both office and home locations

· Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
