Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience being lead QS on projects
• Confident of running minimum 2 projects concurrently
• Project values expected between £250k and £1m
• Experience in JCT Contracts is a must, NEC in addition would be a positive
• Experienced in CVR reporting, external valuations with clients, sub-contract package management and procurement is a must
• Industry experience gained in either demolition, civils or commercial sectors
• Must be degree qualified with 3+ years’ experience post degree qualification Valid CSCS card
• Ambitious, driven individual whom embraces the challenge of working within a high performing team.
